It is with great pleasure that I write to inform you that Don Libby has been approved by the Board as RTP’s new Executive Director, succeeding Jack DeBeradinis effective on January 1, 2025. Don impressed the Board with his background, vision for RTP’s future, and his enthusiasm for and dedication to quality service to RTP’s clients. Of course, the Board has also observed with satisfaction Don’s progress in improving operations, with your help, over the past three years as Operations Manager. We are also aware that Don enjoys strong support and commands the respect of those throughout the organization.

I would be remiss if I did not express great appreciation to Jack for his years of service to RTP and the excellent leadership, dedication, and professionalism he has shown throughout his tenure. He has successfully led RTP through both good and bad times and due to his efforts, RTP looks forward to years of continued service to our clients. Jack’s dedication to RTP is further demonstrated by his willingness to assist the Board and Don with the transition to new leadership through the end of March.
